CERTIFIED TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST
The Certified Technology Specialist program is designed to prepare individuals for the challenging and competitive world of the technology industry. Specifically addressed is the need for competent, qualified and professional support personnel that can meet the ever-changing technical enviroment faced by anyone exposed to computer technology for business or personal use. As such; this program will specifically focus on certifications in three major areas of the industry; A+ certification, Windows XP, and MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician). Together all three programs cover extensive hardware, software, networking, operating system and professional customer relations material which will prepare the 
individual to successfully pass all of the exams administered through Comp TIA and Microsoft for these three certifications.
Pre-requisite - High School Diploma or GED and meet the program assessment criteria. Class size is limited. Enroll NOW!
